In between those I read White As Snow, "The Dark, Sensual Retelling of 'Snow White'". I read it when I was in 7th grade and I loved it, and I still loved it when I sped through it. Tanith Lee is just a superb genius. When I'm finished with the last Sisterhood sequel (halfway through it now), I'm reading another collection of Adult-version Fairy Tales which has a bit of Tanith Lee in it too. It's called Snow White, Blood Red. But enough about my book life...
So camp starts next Saturday, in a week (but it's really the Open House, and the counselors get to see which bunk they're in. Hopefully I'm getting cool people and a four-year-old group - my favorites age!). I'll get to hang out with alot of my friends, both from school and from outside of school (I haven't seen Christoben in over 2 months!). And Susie is joining our ranks, so I can hang out with her a ton. I love her so much, and we love to tell each other problems with love lives. Not that mine functions as of now, but I'm expecting it to get better in the next few weeks. Plus Susie and I can spill secrets to each other now that we are away from school. I love knowing everyone's dirty laundry. It just makes me so happy.
Tonight Meshie and Rachel are having their goodbye dinner because he's going off to camp, and I helped him pick out her present. It was a pretty necklace with a heart shaped pendant with diamond-ness (dunno if it was fake. Probably was). But it was SO pretty! I would wear it if that wasn't really weird. But anyway, I hope it goes well (as I know it will, because I know good taste!).
So I'm missing Harry now because he leaves for camp with Meshie (I need to call and find out their address to write to them), and he's not coming back next year. I'll miss him. But I had fun just talking with him in the hottub alone. It's so much fun to talk about everyone since we really enjoy it and know things. - I will take this time to point out that I am not an uber-bitch who talks about friends behind their backs... meanly -
It's my mom's birthday tomorrow and I'm psyched! Yes, CAKE!! (My house is sparse of any junk food. I mean, tonight I wanted a snack and had to settle for a glass of milk and crackers and bleu cheese... begin weeping).

Don't worry. I'll promise to be better before I just make the same mistake again, just like I always do.
That means I am dependable, and that's a good thing!
